HMD Global is still releasing Nokia-branded smartphones, but the company is also working to use its own brand for future devices.
One of the first smartphones under HMD Global's own brand will be HMD Pulse. Although it hasn't appeared yet, images of the device have been revealed by leak expert @OnLeaks.
HTC Pulse is said to have a 6.56-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution and thin bezels. Based on the previous leak, it will be powered by Unisoc T606 chip with 4/8GB RAM and will run Android 14. This new leak reveals that the phone will have a 13MP camera on the back backed by the following features: “Fashionable AI” and 5,000mAh battery inside. This will be part of the first trio of smartphones under the HMD brand, including HMD Pulse+ and Pulse Pro.
Based on the renders, the HMD Pulse will offer Blue, Black, and Pink color options. The design is similar to previous Nokia-branded products, such as the Nokia C32.
We may have to wait until July to see the arrival of the Pulse line, with one of the markets where the product will appear first being India. They appear to be related to the codenames HMD Legend, Legend+ and Legend Pro. Additionally, the company will also introduce a Barbie.00 branded phone
