Huawei has just revealed plans to launch an 11.5-inch MatePad tablet with a monolithic metal design, the body is made entirely of aluminum alloy, helping to enhance fingerprint and smudge resistance. The device measures 6.85mm and weighs 499g.
The device is equipped with smart office features such as file preview, quoting and multi-window support for split screens. This WPS Office Suite tablet application allows creating, editing and collaborating on text and spreadsheet documents. In particular, the 11.5-inch MatePad supports the detachable Huawei Smart Keyboard and the M-Pencil.
Meeting remotely, connecting with business partners or keeping in touch with family and friends is possible through video calls, thanks to the 13MP + 8MP imaging system with FollowCam feature that helps ensure facial optimal user in the center of the frame.
The 120Hz refresh rate screen on the 11.5-inch MatePad has two TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light and Flicker Free certifications. It is powered by a 4nm processor and Wi-Fi 6. The 7,700mAh battery life on the device delivers up to 10.5 hours of Full HD (1080p) video playback.
