Another veteran designer left Apple after 25 years.

According to the latest report, a designer who worked in Apple's core design team has left the company.

Duncan Kerr, a designer who has been with Apple since the late 1990s, is leaving, marking another loss for the design team in a relatively short period of time. He has been actively involved in the development of multiple generations of iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Previously, in February, Apple "lost" designer Bart Andre, who had been with the company since 1992. He was the longest-serving industrial designer with Apple.

Late Apple CEO - Steve Jobs and the legendary design team.

Mr. Kerr has worked at Apple since 1999 and according to Bloomberg, there are not many people left in the original design team of former Apple Design Director Jony Ive. Since Jony Ive left in 2019, designers Jody Akana, Anthony Ashcroft, Jeremy Bataillou, Joe Tan, Eugene Whang and Andrea Williams have left the Cupertino-based company.

According to the report, many employees feel insecure due to recent changes in leadership at Apple. Many sources said that Mr. Jeff Williams has taken over as head of the design team and has introduced cost-cutting measures, which has caused some concerns. In addition, there are rumors that Apple has scaled back its exploratory projects, which were the mark of the previous design head - Jony Ive.

However, some designers have worked at Apple for more than 25 years. Recent departures are more likely to be due to retirement given age.

Some people in the core design team of "Apple House" have left to work for Love From, Jony Ive's new design company.

Currently, only a few people from Jony Ive's original design team still work at Apple. These include Richard Howarth, Ben Schaffer and Molly Anderson.
