Notable smartphones will launch next month.

A lot of smartphones are expected to launch in July 2024, with most belonging to the mid-range segment and appearing for the first time in China.

At the same time, there will also be some folding screen devices where Samsung introduces new versions of the Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip. On the other hand, Xiaomi is expected to launch the first clamshell folding screen with the fourth-generation horizontal folding screen version.

Furthermore, nothing's sub-brand CMF has confirmed it will release its first smartphone. Then there will be a premium phone from Realme after a long wait.

These phones and several others will officially launch in the coming weeks. Let's learn about them through the list below.

Red Magic 9S Pro series

They are expected to launch in China on July 3 including Red Magic 9S Pro and Red Magic 9S Pro Plus. Both will differ mainly in the battery and charging speed, while the rest of the specifications remain the same.


Inside the phone comes an improved Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, no different from the 3.4 GHz overclocked version found in the Galaxy S24 series called Snapdragon 9 Gen 3 for Galaxy.

CMF Phone 1

CMF has scheduled an event on July 8 to launch its first smartphone called CMF Phone 1. The device comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chip and becomes the first phone in India to have this chip.


According to leaked information, the product will have a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz OLED screen, 50 MP rear camera, 16 MP selfie camera, 5,000mAh battery and 33W charging support.

Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6

Samsung's second Galaxy Unpacked event in 2024 will take place on July 10, where the company will announce the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. The company's latest folding screen products will have upgrades. Small level compared to predecessor devices, meaning only comes with minor changes in design and specifications.


Both are equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, of which the Galaxy Z Flip 6 will have a new 50 MP main camera and a large 4,000 mAh battery.

iQOO Neo 9S Pro Plus

iQOO Neo 9S Pro Plus is confirmed to launch in China in July. As the name suggests, the product will be an upgraded version of iQOO Neo 9 Pro. Not only is it faster, but it also comes with many other useful features.

The device is expected to be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, 6.78-inch flat OLED screen with 1.5K resolution, 50MP + 50MP dual rear camera cluster, 16MP selfie camera, ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and battery 5,500 mAh.

Realme GT 6

The Realme GT 6 is expected to launch in China in July and is the company's first true flagship smartphone in a long time. This device will be different from the Realme GT 6 currently on the global market when it comes with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip instead of Snapdragon 8s Gen 3.


The product will also come with a 1.5K LTPO flat OLED screen, metal frame, 50MP main camera, 6,000 mAh battery and 100W charging support.

Honor 200 series

The Honor 200 series is expected to launch in India in July, including the Honor 200 and Honor 200 Pro. The phones feature a 6.7-inch 1.5K curved OLED display, a triple rear camera system of 50 MP (wide) + 50 MP (2.5x telephoto) + 12 MP (ultra-wide) and a 5200 mAh battery.

The standard version is equipped with Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip, while the Pro version is equipped with Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip.

Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 and Mix Flip

Xiaomi is expected to launch the next generation folding screen smartphone, Mix Fold 4, in July. This product will come with the company's first folding screen smartphone called Mix Flip. Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 is expected to come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, 5,000 mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging and a 4-camera system with zoom lens. It will offer satellite connectivity and a better folding mechanism.


Meanwhile, Xiaomi Mix Flip will have an edge-to-edge screen like the Honor Magic V Flip. It will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip and support 67W fast charging. The phone has a 50 MP + 60 MP dual camera setup (2x telephoto).

Redmi K70 Ultra

Redmi K70 Ultra is expected to launch alongside Xiaomi's new folding screen products in July. The company started introducing this product with Dimensity 9300 Plus chip combined with up to 24 GB RAM and internal memory 1 TB. It also has a 1.5K 144Hz OLED display and a metal frame.

Finally, sources say the phone will come with a 3-camera system on the back with a main sensor setup of 50 MP, 8 MP and 2 MP, combined with a 5500 mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging.
