Rupert Grint - the star famous for playing the wizard boy Ron Weasley in the 'Harry Potter' series - introduced his newborn daughter on April 27.
The 36-year-old actor posted a photo of his newborn princess on Instagram to his 5.4 million followers with the caption: "Introducing baby Goldie G. Grint. Adorable baby girl, 10/10."
Before Rupert confirmed the good news, paparazzi caught him walking with his baby in Hampstead, London, on the same morning. He smiled as he held his baby in his arms and occasionally kissed her forehead. Baby Goldie was wrapped in a thin blanket, revealing only a bit of her face and red hair like her father's. Rupert Grint's longtime girlfriend, Georgia Groome, walked beside her.
Goldie is the second child of Rupert Grint and Georgia Groome. Their first child, Wednesday, was born five years ago. Rupert shared a photo of his first child when he created Instagram in 2020, attracting a million likes. Fans were excited at the time because Rupert was the first to have a child in the main Harry Potter cast.
In an interview with ET in 2021, the British actor rarely shared about his role as a father: "It's amazing. I absolutely love being a dad. It's the best thing."
Rupert Grint was born in 1988 in England and has been loved since childhood for his role as Ron Weasley in the eight Harry Potter films (from 2001 to 2011). After this hit wizarding film, he continued to develop his career with films such as Cherrybomb, Wild Target, and the Apple TV+ series Servant. In addition to acting, Rupert is involved in film production and business. He is loved for his humor, sincerity, and natural acting style.
