Apple promises a slew of new products in 2025, from the iPhone 17 to the Apple Watch Series 11, among other impressive improvements.
Apple made a number of updates to its iPads and Macs late last year and early this year. However, there are still a number of new devices that we can expect to see in 2025. Most of these are expected to be announced in September or October, but there could be some surprises before then.
Here's a list of what we can expect from Apple in 2025.
Apple typically introduces new iPhone models every September, and this year is no exception. The iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, and iPhone 17 Pro are expected to be released with several notable improvements. In particular, the iPhone 17 Air is said to feature a completely new ultra-thin design, while the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max will feature an updated rear camera design.
In addition to the iPhone, Apple will also introduce the Apple Watch Series 11, with the ability to monitor blood pressure and other health features, although there is no official information. An update to the watchOS operating system is also rumored to bring a new interface to users.
The Apple Watch Ultra 3 is also expected to launch after a year without an update, while the Apple Watch SE, Apple's budget watch model, will also be refreshed with some rumors of a new plastic case.
As for the AirPods Pro 3, it will be a major update with a new design, improved case, better sound quality, upgraded Active Noise Cancellation, a faster chip, and possibly the addition of health monitoring features like temperature and heart rate monitoring.
In the computing space, the Mac Pro will be refreshed with an M4 chip, while the MacBook Pro is expected to be updated in October 2025 with a faster M5 chip, though there won't be any major design changes.
The Apple TV 4K will also get a new version with a faster processor, support for Apple Intelligence, and console-quality games, but no design changes are expected.
The HomePod mini could get its first update with a new S-series chip, along with new color options. Finally, AirTag 2 is in the works and is expected to launch in 2025 with a new ultra-wideband chip for improved range.
Over the next two months, Apple will introduce new software at its Worldwide Developers Conference in June, including iOS 19, iPadOS 19, macOS 16, tvOS 19, watchOS 12, and visionOS 3. These software updates will bring new features to users of modern Apple devices without having to buy new products. The official software updates are expected to be released in September.
