iOS 19 and a series of new operating systems will be introduced by Apple at WWDC 2025 starting from June 9.

Apple announced that the WWDC25 global developer conference will be held from June 9-13. As usual, the opening keynote is likely to introduce a series of new generation operating systems including iOS 19, iPadOS 19, macOS 16, tvOS 19, watchOS 12 and visionOS 3.

Based on the new logo of WWDC 2025, many technology sites predict that the next operating system for iPhone will be inspired by visionOS, the platform for Vision Pro augmented reality glasses. According to Macrumors, this design may include more transparent buttons and menus. The number "25" in this year's WWDC logo also shows a slim, sophisticated look similar to visionOS.

In early March, Bloomberg expert Mark Gurman said that new operating system versions such as iOS 19 will be more transparent. He said that this will be the version with the most important design changes since iOS 7.

The design of the camera app interface is said to be of iOS 19.

During the event days, Apple will also host a number of online sessions to help developers learn about new software features and how to incorporate them into their apps. The keynotes will be available on the Apple Developer app, Apple’s website, and the company’s YouTube account.

WWDC 2025 will be primarily online, but Apple will still host an in-person event at Apple Park for select developers and students. Apple will announce the 350 winners of the Swift Student Challenge 2025 on March 27, and 50 winners will be invited to the in-person event.
