New leaks reveal that the Vivo X200 Ultra will feature an AG glass back with 3 color versions and a unique combination.
According to Gizmochina, Vivo is preparing for a major launch event in China, where the company will introduce many new products, including the Vivo X200 Ultra and X200S smartphone duo, along with the Vivo Pad 4 Pro tablet and Vivo Watch 5 smartwatch. In particular, the Vivo X200 Ultra is expected to compete directly with strong rivals such as Xiaomi 15 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and OPPO Find X8 Ultra in the domestic market.
Recently, a new Weibo post by blogger @DigitalChatStation (DCS) revealed some interesting information about the design of the Vivo X200 Ultra. According to DCS, the initial test versions of this phone are equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and come in three color options: burgundy, black, and white.
Unlike previous models that used vegan leather, the back of the X200 Ultra will be made of AG glass or fiberglass, giving it a more sleek and luxurious look. In particular, the white version has a unique two-tone design, with a smooth top and an impressive "V" shaped stripe at the bottom. However, it is still unclear whether all of these color options will be available in the final commercial version.
The Vivo X200 Ultra will be equipped with a brand new periscope telephoto camera, using a 200 megapixel sensor and advanced prism technology. Despite the significant improvements in the camera, the use of a large sensor may make the X200 Ultra bulky and heavy, a common feature of flagship models focused on photography.
The phone is expected to have a 2K resolution display with four curved edges and ultra-thin bezels, reducing the perceived thickness of the device and improving the grip.
