Four 9X actors were chosen to play The Beatles quartet.

A talented young cast plays the four singers of the legendary band The Beatles in a new biographical film project, which was just released at the CinemaCon film event on March 31.

Each film focuses on a member of the band. The director explained that he felt the story of The Beatles was 'too big to make into a movie' and he did not want to turn it into a TV series.

'There had to be a way to tell this epic story to a new generation,' the director shared. 'I can assure you there's still a lot to explore and I think we've found a way to do that.'

The image of four actors taking the stage to greet the audience is reminiscent of the cover of The Beatles' iconic 'Abbey Road' album.

'Abbey Road' - released in 1969 - is famous for the image of the members crossing Abbey Road in London. This was the band's seventh and final album before they broke up. The Beatles are a legendary English rock band, formed in Liverpool in 1960 with four members: John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr. The Beatles are known for immortal songs such as 'Hey Jude', 'Let It Be', 'Yesterday' and 'Come Together'... They not only revolutionized pop and rock music, but also had a profound influence on popular culture, fashion and society. With over 600 million albums sold worldwide, The Beatles are one of the most successful bands in music history. The band officially broke up in 1970 and then the members developed solo careers. In 1980, John Lennon died after being assassinated in New York. Artist George Harrison died of cancer in 2001. Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr are now in their 80s, still playing music, writing songs and performing.
