British media estimates that billionaire Kim spent more than $4,500 on a laser skin rejuvenation and lifting session to improve her youthful appearance for this year's Met Gala.
Preparing for the event on May 5 in New York, the 44-year-old billionaire revealed that she relied on the Sofwave ultrasound technology to beautify her skin. Through Instagram Story, Kim showed off that this was the third time she had this non-invasive treatment and praised "it is one of the few lasers that effectively tightens the skin".
In previous skin rejuvenation treatments, Kim explained: "Sofwave heats the skin to stimulate collagen production. There is no downtime. It completely lifts the skin, which is why I will do it wherever I can." Kim said the downside of this method is that it is "painful" but insisted that the results she received were "extremely worth it".
According to Mail, the cost of the Sofwave service is usually more than $1,000 for each small area on the face. The image shows Kim having gel applied all over her face and neck, meaning she will undergo the entire facial treatment, which can cost up to more than $4,500.
