Cheryl Cole, the singer who has an 8-year-old son, Bear, with Liam Payne, was appointed by the court as the administrator of Liam's estate along with lawyer Richard Mark Bray. The two will make decisions related to Payne's money, assets, and personal belongings.
However, according to People, Cheryl and lawyer Richard only have "limited authority and cannot distribute this money".
