British TV star Amanda Mealing has admitted taking cocaine before driving into a nurse's car, seriously injuring her.
According to Metro, actress Amanda Mealing, 57, was banned from driving for 22 months and fined a total of £485, following a recent trial in Boston.
The accident happened at 10:14 a.m. on January 26, 2024, when Amanda, driving a Mini Cooper, collided with the car of nurse Mark Le Sage, who was on his way to work. The accident left the nurse with serious injuries, while Amanda suffered a broken wrist, collarbone and head injury.
A witness said Amanda had swerved into the oncoming lane for an unknown reason. Meanwhile, victim Mark Le Sage recalled the collision: "I heard a loud bang and felt the car start to spin."
