Galaxy S25 Edge will have a sharp 2K screen, but this is the trade-off.

Samsung's Galaxy S25 Edge will have a premium display, but it will come at a cost of great display quality.

In recent weeks, information about the Galaxy S25 Edge flagship has been constantly appearing on the web. Recently, the phone was spotted undergoing performance testing on Geekbench. Reputable leaker @IceUniverse shared interesting information related to the device's display.

Galaxy S25 Edge will have a sharp 2K screen.

According to @IceUniverse, the Galaxy S25 Edge will have a 2K+ resolution screen, similar to the S25 Plus and S25 Ultra. While this screen promises to provide sharper image display, this also means that battery life will be affected. The S25 Edge is designed to be fragile, with a battery capacity even smaller than the basic S25 version, so the high-resolution screen will put more pressure on the battery.

Ice Universe also revealed that the Galaxy S25 Edge will have a mid-frame made of titanium alloy, with attractive color options such as Titanium Icyblue, Titanium Silver and Titanium Jetblack. In terms of configuration, the device will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 internal memory, along with a 200MP main camera. However, the phone only supports 25W fast wired charging, 15W wireless charging, stereo speakers, and an ultrasonic scanner under the screen.

In terms of price, leaked information shows that the Galaxy S25 Edge will have a starting price of 1,200 EUR for the 256GB internal memory version and from 1,300 to 1,400 EUR for the 512GB version.
