Revealed solution to help Apple remove wrinkles on foldable iPhone screen.

Apple is quietly developing a foldable iPhone with a solution to eliminate the crease on the hinge.

According to Phone Arena, Apple is working on developing a foldable iPhone without a crease on the screen. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, a famous analyst in the technology industry, has given his opinions on how Apple can solve this problem.

Apple's first foldable iPhone has been attracting a lot of attention with rumors swirling around it recently. Kuo said that Apple may have found a solution to completely eliminate the crease on the screen. He revealed that the company is planning to use "liquid metal material" for some components in the device's hinge. According to Kuo, the molding process will help create a durable, flat, crease-free display.

However, when Kuo mentions "liquid metal", he is not referring to a liquid like in a sci-fi movie. Instead, he is talking about a metal alloy with superior properties, both strong and flexible, which is very suitable for thin and complex parts like the hinge of a foldable phone.

Apple has used similar materials in previous products, but this will be the first time the company has applied the technology to a key mechanical component like the hinge. Kuo also said that Apple may be working with Chinese company Dongguan Yian Technology, which has experience in using advanced materials.

Creating a foldable phone that is completely crease-free remains a major challenge in the tech industry. While some companies like Oppo have come close to achieving this with the Find N5, Samsung is also working on minimizing the appearance of the crease on the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and is expected to improve further with the Galaxy Z Fold 7.

The first foldable iPhone is rumored to launch in late 2026 or early 2027, with limited production and possibly a high price tag. This development promises to bring interesting things to consumers in the future.
