Actor Adam Mondschein claims his experience working with Blake Lively was far different than what she described in her sexual harassment lawsuit on the set of 'It Ends With Us.'
In a recent lawsuit against director and star Justin Baldoni, Blake Lively wrote that she was disturbed by several of Justin's actions on set, including a birth scene in which he cast a close friend as an obstetrician instead of a local actor as was the norm. "Ms. Lively felt that Mr. Baldoni's choice of a friend for this intimate role, in which the actor's face and hands were in close proximity to her nearly nude genitals during a birth scene, was invasive and humiliating," the complaint alleges.
Adam Mondschein said that if he is called to testify in the March 2026 trial, he is willing to answer all questions more honestly and freely with the necessary legal protection.
Blake Lively's representatives declined to comment but reiterated her previous statements that the birth scene on set was chaotic and lacked standard protection for nudity. According to the complaint, the set was not closed and there were many people walking around while Lively was only lightly covered.
A source close to Lively said that she felt very uncomfortable knowing that her co-star in the scene was close friend Justin Baldoni. However, Baldoni said that it was completely reasonable to choose his close friend for the role.
In December 2024, Blake Lively filed a lawsuit against Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment while filming It Ends With Us. She accused Justin of performing impromptu kissing scenes and physically intimate moments, while adding gratuitous sexual content. Blake Lively also accused Justin Baldoni of then conducting a media campaign to damage her reputation during the film's promotion, causing her mental trauma.
Justin Baldoni - the film's director and star - denied the allegations. The 41-year-old artist responded strongly by filing a $400 million countersuit against Blake Lively, her husband - actor Ryan Reynolds and journalist Leslie Sloane, accusing them of abusing their power in the entertainment industry to remove him from their own films and ruin his career. Over the past months, Justin Baldoni has released several behind-the-scenes videos to deny the allegations, but Blake Lively still maintains that she was sexually harassed.
