Hanoi - Outfits made from recycled materials with innovative designs and a sustainable spirit were introduced by 150 young designers at the announcement ceremony of the Global Student Fashion Week.

On the afternoon of March 16, the announcement ceremony of Global Student Fashion Week 2025 (GSFW) took place at the Hanoi Museum. The program will take place from December 4-9 under the auspices of the Department of International Cooperation (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) and the Vietnam Record Association.

GSFW 2025 brings together 150 young designers from more than 30 universities, colleges and fashion academies such as: Central University of Art Education, Hanoi Open University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Hanoi University of Industry...

With the theme of Sustainable Fashion, the performances convey messages about environmental responsibility, recycling culture and the application of technology in modern fashion.

During the show, several collections of designers were presented. The designs were developed based on creative shapes, using recycled materials from old clothes, which are sustainable and can be reused many times.

The works after being performed at the event will continue to be displayed in the fashion exhibition. In addition, the service of selling and renting designs for young people is also developed.

In addition to recycled costumes, many innovative outfits inspired by traditional costumes of Vietnamese ethnic groups were also displayed.
